Mandatory fields are identified with a red asterisk and collected either via forms or verbally during customer service interactions.

If you fail to provide mandatory information or refuse to provide required information during exchanges with Incenza, Incenza may be unable to provide the expected level of service.

For competitions and special events, Incenza may collect additional personal data under conditions and for purposes specifically communicated at that time.

Incenza may obtain information from partner services and sources, including postal services, anti-fraud services, and banking institutions with which you have or had a relationship.

Oneytrust processes data relating to your transaction in order to secure transactions carried out on the website.

1.3.3. DATA ANALYSIS FOR STATISTICAL PURPOSES AND AFS ANALYTICS

When used on pages of our website, GOOGLE ANALYTICS collects only non-personal visitor information including, without limitation, geographic location, browser type, and IP address.

Statistical data is collected on behalf of Incenza and analysed by our partner communication agency to identify marketing and communication needs and develop strategies aligned with Incenza’s commercial objectives while respecting users’ rights and consent.

When used on the Incenza website, AFS Analytics collects only non-personal information from visitors, including but not limited to geographic location, browser type, and IP address.

This information is collected exclusively for statistical purposes.

AFS Analytics does not sell or share collected information with third parties.

1.3.4. SOCIAL NETWORKS

The Incenza website includes buttons linking to its social media pages.

Identification data may be collected when connecting through these networks.

Incenza does not sell or share information collected through social media with third parties.

1.3.5. iADVIZE CHAT SOLUTION

The Incenza website uses an instant messaging solution that collects information about users, including but not limited to IP address, email address when logged into a customer account, browser type, and device type.

This information is collected to ensure service monitoring and for statistical purposes.

1.4. DATA RETENTION

The data we collect is retained for the duration of the customer relationship.

The concept of customer relationship includes any interaction with the Incenza website, including:

• logging into the website,

• placing orders,

• interacting on social media,

• requesting information or advice,

• participating in competitions,

• contacting customer service by phone or email,

• using the chat platform,

• opening promotional or informational emails sent by Incenza.

1.5. DATA DELETION

Collected data is deleted after a period of three years following the end of the customer relationship, unless an ongoing dispute or legal matter prevents deletion.

In such cases, collected data will be archived until resolution of the matter and within legal retention limits.

Information relating to your contact email address is retained until you choose to unsubscribe.

Transaction history information is retained while the account remains active and deleted three years after the last commercial interaction.

2.3. RIGHT OF ACCESS AND COMMUNICATION OF PERSONAL DATA

If you have an Incenza customer account, you may access your identification data, order history, delivery and billing addresses, and all information relating to your account by logging into your customer account.

2.4. RIGHTS OF MODIFICATION, PORTABILITY, DELETION, RESTRICTION, AND OBJECTION

2.4.1. RIGHT TO MODIFY DATA

You have the right to modify your identification and contact information.

Please note that deleting all or part of this data may technically prevent you from accessing services or performing sales transactions through your customer account.

2.4.2. RIGHT TO DATA PORTABILITY

You have the right to data portability.

This right may be exercised by downloading the data associated with your customer account.

You may also request a copy of your customer data from customer service via the contact address in order to transfer this data to another data controller.

You may also request that Incenza directly transmit your data to the data controller designated by you.

2.4.3. RIGHT TO RECTIFICATION

You have the right to request correction of your personal data through customer service using the contact address.

2.4.4. RIGHT TO ERASURE

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data where you no longer wish to maintain a commercial relationship, particularly where you have objected to processing or where data has been collected in breach of your rights, without prejudice to any other lawful grounds.

2.4.5. RIGHT TO WITHDRAW CONSENT TO PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

You have the right to withdraw your consent to the processing of your personal data.

We do not store credit card details in our records.

If you choose to save your payment details on our website, we use a trusted third-party provider to store this information on our behalf solely for this purpose, and we do not have access to complete card information.

Incenza undertakes to ensure that its subcontractors and service providers provide equivalent guarantees regarding the protection of personal data during processing activities.

The Data Controller responsible for personal data processing is Mr Laurent Manzon, owner of the Incenza website.

CHAPTER 4. COOKIES
